Bastami criticized the lack of standardized transport platforms and added: "Unfortunately, the transportation system in Iran is very expensive, because everyone thinks that the price of gasoline and gasoline in Iran is lower than in other countries. But it is not. Due to the lack of transport platforms and infrastructure, transport prices in Iran are several times higher than in developed countries. The costs that our plants pay for electricity are also very high.
He said the reason for the absence of Iranian stone craftsmen in the world markets: So far there has been a very good market for the stone industry inside and our craftsmen have not felt the need to present their goods in the world markets but due to the recession Being in the building industry it is imperative that our craftsmen enter this market from now on.
The author of the book "Atlas of Iranian Mining Stone along with Physical and Chemical Analysis", referring to the rich mineral resources available in Iran, added: "To succeed in world markets, the most important factor is having the raw materials we have. There is a universal customer for our stones who are always and always looking for them. What is most important in the export field is the growth and development of export thinking among artisans, with training to be achieved. Education is the first step in development.
While positively assessing the nuclear deal between Iran and the P5 + 1 countries, he added: "The most important factor was the failure of exports of international sanctions stone, and especially the banking sanctions, which significantly reduced our exports." Given the agreement reached between Iran and the P5 + 1 countries, it can be hoped that the export of stone to Iran will take the path of growth and development to its true position within a very short time.
