Manage decisions appropriate to the working conditions

One of the biggest problems for miners is the unilateral decision of some government executives, according to a member of the Mining Association of Markazi Province of Iran. In some cases decisions are made without regard to the problems of the miners.

He said observing ethics is one of the most important features of Islamic management and added: "Management changes are very beneficial and can provide the platform for growth and development of the industry but sometimes some managers do not adhere to ethics."
