Amendment of Article 3 of the criteria for the establishment of industrial and mining production units
In order to facilitate the licensing process of production units, with the follow-up of the Ministry of Industry and the support of the Board of Deregulation and Improvement of Business Environment, the Environmental Protection Organization was obliged to amend Article 3 of the rules for establishing industrial and mining production units.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, the Deputy Minister of Planning and Planning announced in a communiqué and based on the approvals of the forty-seventh meeting of the Board of Deregulation and Improvement of Business Environment: Production and mining in the settlement phase within the settlements and industrial areas that have been zoned and classified under the supervision of the Environmental Protection Organization, does not require an inquiry from this organization.
According to the amendment assigned to the Environmental Protection Organization, the Ministry of Silence is obliged to inquire from the Environmental Protection Organization about products that have not been classified, and the organization will respond to the relevant inquiry after classifying the product.
It is worth mentioning that the mentioned notification was sent and communicated to the industry, mining and trade organizations all over the country yesterday by the Deputy Minister of Planning and Program.
