All trade bill material should be re-examined
Member of the Parliament's Legal and Judicial Commission: The trade bill has many drawbacks and drawbacks, and in the 11th parliament, there is room for all the articles of the trade bill to be re-examined.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hossein Ali Haji Daligani, a member of the Legal and Judicial Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, said about the Guardian Council's objections to the trade bill: "The Guardian Council has strongly objected to the trade bill and therefore the bill has been returned to the parliament for amendment." We hope that the chapters of the trade bill that were approved in the previous parliament will be reviewed and amended again.
He added: "The trade bill had been suspended in the parliament for a long time, and for this reason, in the last weeks of the tenth parliament, some of its articles were hastily approved."
The member of the presidium of the parliament continued: the trade bill has many problems and objections, and in the 11th parliament, the space is provided for all the articles of the trade bill to be examined again by experts, and each article of the trade bill must be worked on.
In the end, Haji Deligani said: "If the trade bill is not amended, it will create many problems and ambiguities in the trade law, followed by commercial activities." At the end of the tenth parliament, the bill was criticized, which unfortunately was not very pleasant to the friends of the parliament, but in the eleventh parliament, we will definitely insist on resolving its problems and objections.
