It should be noted that this document only strengthens the cooperation between the two countries and the rumors about patriotism are not true.

It is noteworthy that any agreement and economic cooperation that is on the agenda under the 25-year cooperation document between Iran and China, must be done in accordance with the legal path in the country; In other words, the signing of this memorandum will not give legitimacy to the non-observance of the regulations by the other country and not to take measures in the legal direction. Therefore, it can be expected that joint cooperation with China on Iranian soil is in full compliance with our country's regulations and will not be violated by the other side.
It should also not be forgotten that the cases of joint activities are determined by Iran; This means that wherever the economic and mining activists of our country, according to the necessity and the current situation, consider the presence of another partner suitable for their activities, the Chinese side will enter the activity. Therefore, the power to choose to take joint action is in the hands of the owners of Iranian industries and mines, and there is no obligation for cooperation between the two countries in any of the economic and mining sectors.

In this way, the export of minerals to world markets, as well as the import of machinery required for mining activities, will be possible more easily. Therefore, this document can be considered an effective step in the field of mining and mineral industries of the country. It should not be forgotten that this document has created an obligation to defend Iran-China relations. This means that according to the signed memorandum, if a problem arises from a third party such as the Western countries, both countries in this document (Iran and China) are obliged to work to open that knot.
