The need for Iran's economic interaction with the world
The country's mining sector has potential facilities and capacities that have not been exploited in recent years due to lack of adequate facilities and financial resources. The participation of Chinese investors in mining activities can lead to the prosperity of our country's mines and mining industries while providing the financial resources needed for this sector.
According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, one of the most important measures taken these days to expand international relations and provide foreign investment is the 25-year cooperation document between Iran and China.
This cooperation document is a positive step towards the development of economic, industrial and mining activities of the country, and if it is used properly, desirable achievements can be achieved. It should be noted that this document only strengthens the cooperation between the two countries and the rumors about patriotism are not true.
Before addressing the differing views expressed by various trade unions on the signing of the 25-year Iran-China Cooperation Document, it should be noted that the document is participatory in nature and follows a similar procedure to other economic cooperation; In other words, in proportion to the investment, the joint profit and loss are determined and allocated to both parties to the contract. Also, due to the signing of a valid memorandum of understanding on the existence of partnership, both countries can be assured of the stability of cooperation.
It is noteworthy that any agreement and economic cooperation that is on the agenda under the 25-year cooperation document between Iran and China, must be done in accordance with the legal path in the country; In other words, the signing of this memorandum will not give legitimacy to the non-observance of the regulations by the other country and not to take measures in the legal direction. Therefore, it can be expected that joint cooperation with China on Iranian soil is in full compliance with our country's regulations and will not be violated by the other side.
It should also not be forgotten that the cases of joint activities are determined by Iran; This means that wherever the economic and mining activists of our country, according to the necessity and the current situation, consider the presence of another partner suitable for their activities, the Chinese side will enter the activity. Therefore, the power to choose to take joint action is in the hands of the owners of Iranian industries and mines, and there is no obligation for cooperation between the two countries in any of the economic and mining sectors.
The country's mining sector has potential facilities and capacities that have not been exploited in recent years due to lack of adequate facilities and financial resources. The participation of Chinese investors in mining activities can lead to the prosperity of our country's mines and mining industries while providing the financial resources needed for this sector. Thus, it can be said that one of the most important mineral achievements of signing this document is providing the necessary financial resources for carrying out the activities. This action in the not too distant future can lead to significant development of the mining sector and the prosperity of Iran's abandoned mines.
Another important advantage of the Iran-China long-term cooperation document can be the de-characterization of the effect of sanctions. The meaning of sanctions is the restriction of economic actions and activities. In such circumstances, sales and, in other words, exports and imports are limited to the country, and following these conditions, in recent years, heavy blows have been inflicted on the body of the country's economic sectors. Economic cooperation, especially mining, with China, which is one of the most economically powerful countries in the world, means that the restrictions on Iran's economic and foreign exchange exchanges with other countries are ineffective.
In this way, the export of minerals to world markets, as well as the import of machinery required for mining activities, will be possible more easily. Therefore, this document can be considered an effective step in the field of mining and mineral industries of the country. It should not be forgotten that this document has created an obligation to defend Iran-China relations. This means that according to the signed memorandum, if a problem arises from a third party such as the Western countries, both countries in this document (Iran and China) are obliged to work to open that knot.
