Bafgh Friday Imam: If the manager understands his subordinate and works with love, many problems and obstacles of production will be eliminated and the slogan of the year "production, support, removal of barriers" will be well realized.

He added: "Instead of sitting in their rooms, the Basij managers of the city's mining and industrial complex should make decisions in the field like the commanders of the holy defense era and have a direct relationship with their subordinates in order to increase work and production efficiency."
According to Saadatfar, if the manager understands his subordinates and works with love and responsibility, the problems are much less.
The head of the Bafgh Public Culture Council, emphasizing the revival and promotion of Basij management among managers and its promotion in the working community, continued: "If workers consider their workplaces sacred and valuable, they will work without feeling tired, and Basij bases must be revitalized." Industry and mining complex and Basij workers should be under their control.
At the meeting, a number of workers expressed their views on the work environment, wages, status quo, and the like, which Saadat Far promised to pursue.
He also called the working class community crucial from the beginning of the revolution and their presence in various political, social and economic fields and pointed to the upcoming elections and added: "Comprehensive participation in the June 28 elections this year has given rise to the authority of the Islamic system and Despair and despair of the enemies.
The Friday Imam of Bafgh considered the presidential elections and the Islamic councils of cities and villages important and specified: In the last 42 years, the honorable people of Iran have always voted for the enemy at the ballot box.
According to him, the executors, and especially the Election Monitoring and Inspection Board, must prove their trustworthiness in protecting the people's votes through accurate and legal action, and without a doubt, proving this will eliminate any suspicion about the elections and the Iranian nation. As in the past, they will see a healthy and perfect election.
He added: "Presidential elections and councils, as a crucial event for the future of the country and the people, are a trust to those involved in holding it."
The Friday Imam of Bafgh continued to consider the people's trust and confidence in the officials as the highest asset of the system and added: "Any move within the framework of the people's belief is a sign of lack of political maturity." Thank God, the people of Bafgh showed that they always have the best elections. They held the least challenge.
More than 10,000 people are employed in Bafgh mining and industrial complexes, including their families and retired employees. About 75% of the city's population is somehow affiliated with Bafgh Central Iron Ore Company and other mines.
Presidential and city and village council elections will be held simultaneously throughout the country on 28 June this year.
Relevant actors and stakeholders are already preparing for a sensational election with the maximum turnout.
Bafgh has a central part, three villages "Mobarakeh, Kooshak and Sabzdasht", 28 Islamic councils, 22 approved villages and more than 100 villages and hamlets, which are 70% inhabited.
The center of Bafgh, a city of 58,000 people, is located 110 km southeast of Yazd.
