No government made fundamental reforms in the economy
Deputy Chairman of the Money and Capital Commission of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce: If the performance was good, the situation in the country would not reach this point, the economy and pricing already exist and it is not for this government, in fact the result is the same and no major reforms in the economy They did not. Each state may perform better than other states in some respects, but each state must be evaluated according to its own circumstances.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Abbas Argon said about the criticisms of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and members of his government about the current economic policies: "Criticism is a simple task, but the actions should be examined." The situation was similar in Mr. Rouhani's government, especially in the second four years, when there was instability in laws, regulations and decisions, and in Mr. Ahmadinejad's government, and they did not have a better situation. Each issue must be considered in its own time and circumstances. At that time, we also had various issues, such as the decisions of the people of the hour. It is not true to say that only this government has acted in this way.
The deputy chairman of the Money and Capital Commission of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce added: "If the performance was good, the situation in the country would not reach this point. The economy and pricing already exist and it is not for this government. In fact, the result is the same. The country did not. Each state may perform better than other states in some respects, but each state must be evaluated according to its own circumstances.
Argon added: "The pressures that exist today were not in Mr. Ahmadinejad's government, maybe it would have worked better if it had been in that situation. There was pressure from sanctions, pressure from the corona outbreak and many other problems in this government. Therefore, the conditions of 8 or 12 years ago cannot be compared with the conditions of today, and the conditions of each government must be compared with the conditions of today. In general, the actions are not very different from each other, and everyone who sits in the government's path follows the same path as the others.
Referring to the incomes of the eighth and ninth governments, the member of the delegation of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce stated: Each government should be considered according to its requirements, costs and revenues.
He added: "The outcome of these governments is not very different from each other." How many central programs did we have in Mr. Ahmadinejad's government? Both that government is not program-oriented and this government is not program-oriented. How many fourth and fifth plans have been realized in Mr. Ahmadinejad's government and how many fifth and sixth plans have been realized in this government? Lack of program-orientation, lack of optimism in the stability of laws and regulations, non-interference of the government in the economy, etc., have been more or less the same in all our governments.
Argon also emphasized the influence of governments on the policies of subsequent governments and said: "It is natural that the railroading of some economic policies of this government was from previous governments, surely the railroading of Mr. Rouhani's government will also affect the next government." No government can start from the beginning and pick up everything from the beginning. It is natural that many projects started from Mr. Ahmadinejad's government and were implemented in Mr. Rouhani's government, or many problems started from that government and later manifested themselves. Certainly the railings, both positive and negative, are intergovernmental and are transferred from one state to the next.
