25 billion tomans of government salaries were collected from the mines of Tehran province
Deputy Minister of Mines of Tehran Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization: More than 25 billion Tomans of government salaries were received from the mines of Tehran province last year and transferred to the treasury of the country.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Ali Abdi added on Sunday: "This amount has increased by 15% compared to the same period of the previous year."
He continued: Lime, carcass stone and sand are minerals extracted from mines in the province, which has an important role in the development and construction of mines in Tehran.
Referring to the active mines of the province, Abdi said: "Mining industries and related products in Tehran province is one of the active poles of the country and due to the proper transportation system and access to international airports has an important role in exporting mineral products."
The deputy for mining affairs of the organization added: the rest of last year's government salaries based on the new price will be notified to the miners by the end of June so that they can settle their government salaries last year.
