The housing construction loan was 450 million tomans
Member of the Board of Housing Bank: Construction facilities in Tehran and metropolitan areas increased to 450 million Tomans and in worn-out areas to 300 million Tomans.
According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, Mohammad Hassan Alamdari said: "The housing bank has increased facilities this year to help boost housing production for mass builders who are among the bank's customers and the bank account deposit is at least 10% for them."
Alamdari continued: The specialized bank of the housing sector pays up to 450 million Tomans for construction facilities to the active customers of the bank who are mass builders, provided that construction is done using new technologies in Tehran, all metropolises, Bandar Abbas, Bushehr, Kish and Qeshm. This figure is 400 million Tomans for the centers of provinces and cities with a population of more than 200,000 people and 300 million Tomans for other cities, and the profit of the facility will be 18%.
He stated that the number of construction and renovation facilities in the worn-out area for builders who observe new technologies in Tehran and metropolises is 300 million Tomans and added: for provincial centers and other cities, the facilities paid have increased to 250 million Tomans.
