Reforming the criteria for establishing industrial and mining units for the benefit of investors
Emphasizing the importance of improving the business environment in the production boom, the Deputy Minister of Industry announced the amendment of Article 3 of the rules and regulations for the establishment of production, industrial and mining units regarding the Environment Organization in favor of investors.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Saeed Zarandi, emphasizing the importance of improving the business environment and reducing administrative bureaucracy and its effect on increasing investment in the manufacturing sector, considered it as one of the important factors in achieving the slogan of the year and said : According to the rules and regulations for the establishment of production, industrial and mining units, the agencies issuing the establishment license are obliged to issue a permit for construction, development, change of line or location of the unit, modification and issuance of exploitation license for these units, from the General Department of Environment. Inquire.
The Deputy Minister of Industry and Planning reminded that the environmental assessment and zoning of industrial estates have already been approved by the Environment Organization, and specified: The Industrial Estates Company will transfer the land to the applicants according to the zoning approved by the organization. .
Zarandi added: "The Ministry of Silence, in order to deregulate and facilitate the issuance of business licenses, sought to issue an establishment permit for the implementation of new projects and the development of existing units within industrial estates, no longer need to inquire from the Environmental Protection Organization. The issue was seriously pursued by the ministry last year.
In another part of his speech, he referred to the approvals of the forty-seventh meeting of the Board of Deregulation and Improving the Business Environment and explained: "According to the follow-up of the Ministry of Silence and the efforts made in this direction, in the forty-seventh meeting of the Board of Deregulation And the improvement of the business environment, which took place in late March of last year, the issue of amending Article 3 of the rules and regulations for the establishment of production, industrial and mining units, which I mentioned at the beginning of the discussion, was approved; According to this decree, the Environmental Protection Organization was obliged to take measures to amend this law.
Zarandi said that part of these amendments was related to the elimination of the inquiry of the Environmental Protection Organization at the time of issuing the construction, development and change license in the production unit and said: this decree is the responsibility of the organization for any discrepancy with the installation criteria for such units. Iran knows small industries and industrial estates, and for products that have not been classified, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has been required to obtain a permit from the Environmental Protection Organization to announce the answer to the Ministry after classifying the product.
In the end, the Deputy Minister of Planning and Program emphasized the impact of the implementation of this decree in facilitating production and improving the business environment, eliminating administrative bureaucracy in the licensing process as an effective step in creating attractiveness in the production sector and increasing incentive to invest in this field. He said: "Considering the measures taken last year in the Ministry of Silence and the government's support in the field of production, as well as the plans for the future, we hope to see good events in the country's production sector."
