Worn-out tissues are a priority for land supply
Members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly instructed the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to prioritize worn-out structures and informal settlements to provide the land needed.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly today, Wednesday, in a public session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on Wednesday, during the review of the leap in production and housing supply, voted in favor of Article 13 of this plan, instructing the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. Prioritize the provision of land required by this law, the use of urban lands in dilapidated areas and informal settlements, lands connected to urban areas and lands of devices.
The note of Article 13 of this plan, which was approved by the deputies, states: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is obliged to use the capacities of land development subject to this law, within one year to recover those previously assigned lands in accordance with the provisions The contract has not been established, take action. Violators of this sentence will be punished.
It is further emphasized that the executive regulations of this article will be prepared by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development within two months after the entry into force of this law and will be approved by the Cabinet.
