Government agencies provide free land to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development
The members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly obliged the ministries, institutions and government agencies to transfer and hand over the lands in their possession to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development free of charge.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, in the public session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on Wednesday, during the review of the plan to jump into production and supply housing with a vote in favor of Article 10 of this plan, all ministries, institutions and government agencies, as well as companies with 100% capital And their shares belong to the government, obliged to transfer and deliver the lands to them free of charge, which are within the framework of location, subject to Article (6) of the Law on Organizing and Supporting the Production and Supply of Housing approved on May 15, 2008 (with the exception of Lands Note 2 of Article 9 of this law), within two months from the date of entry into force of this law at the request of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
Property and deed registration offices were also obliged to separate and register the transfer of property in the real estate office and issue a title deed in the name of the government with the representation of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development within one month after the announcement of the ministry.
According to Note 1 of this plan, if the agencies subject to this article do not transfer and deliver the land and submit its documents within two months from the date of the request of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the property registration offices are obliged to request the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development within one Issue a new action and ownership document in the name of the government on behalf of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, respectively.
Pursuant to Note 2, which was approved by the delegates, the lands belonging to the Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture located within the city limits, which can be sold in accordance with Article (12) of the Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture approved on December 27, 2000 and the annual budget laws. Before referring the matter to the Cabinet, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development should approve the non-inclusion of the land transfer plan for the construction and production of housing.
