Rasoulian continued: "Currently, there is a lack of infrastructure in industrial towns, including land, electricity and other services, and the limitations of financial resources have exacerbated this situation."

He reminded: Last year, three thousand and 200 billion tomans were spent on the infrastructure of the country's industrial towns. This year, we plan to finance five to six thousand billion tomans, even with the help of banks, to meet part of the essential needs for the activities of economic units. .

The CEO of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran asked the managers of the Industrial Towns Company to buy lands with the cooperation of the governors and annex them to the industrial towns so that the business would not face a shortage of land.

Rasoulian also called on provincial managers to cooperate in supplying treated water and groundwater needed by industrial estates, although agreements have been reached with the Ministry of Energy.

He stated: "This year, good credits have been allocated for equipping the infrastructure of industrial towns, and a larger share is predicted for Hamedan province."

The CEO of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran continued: "We are also concluding a contract with the Ministry of Energy and the CEO of Tavanir to participate in the supply of electricity to industrial towns up to 40% of the credit required by Tavanir, 30% by the Towns Company and Bakhshi Also to be provided by the Planning and Governance Management Organization in order to provide the necessary infrastructure for the supply and installation of electricity substations in industrial towns.

Rasoulian, stating that Hamedan has a good capacity to establish knowledge-based companies, said: "This year, this organization has given significant concessions to knowledge-based companies, for example, these companies can be given priority in land transfer and a 10% discount in land transfer He gave an example with long installments.

He stated: The plan to set up one thousand production workshops in the country until November of this year with the priority of knowledge-based companies is on the agenda, which is done with the aim of providing the ground for knowledge-based companies and internalization.
