Do not take unregistered checks in Sayad
A spokesman for the new Czech law appeared on television to explain the latest changes in the process of issuing, receiving and transferring checks under the new Czech law.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the most important issues raised by Ameneh Nadalizadeh are as follows:
- The new check law applies to new purple checks, which have the phrase "The operation of this check is subject to the registration of its issuance, receipt and transfer in the fishing system".
- New checks have been distributed since the beginning of April this year and their exchange process is different from previous checks, so that the issuer must register the details of the check such as the date, amount and identity of the recipient and himself in the fishing system.
- The recipient of the check should never receive a check not registered in the fisherman's system because that check cannot be cashed.
- The recipient of the check must also refer to the relevant system, make an inquiry and check the information entered on the check and in the hunter's system.
- The new Czech law helps to implement the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Law and prevents the forgery of checks.
- The previous checks are accepted and processed as before, but the new checks are not issued on behalf of the carrier and are transferred through the fishing system.
Old checks are currently being processed, but this is not a permanent trend and the central bank collects them from the market at a certain time.
