Imidro Deputy Planning and Empowerment: Since the beginning of this year, 30 projects in the mining and mineral industries have been launched or are ready to be inaugurated.

He continued: The launch of the first section of the water transfer line from the Persian Gulf to the Central Plateau (Gol Gohar Sirjan) with a daily capacity of 200,000 cubic meters and a length of 303 km is one of the other projects inaugurated this year. In addition, the inauguration of the first port wharf of Parsian Special Energy Industries Zone - which is considered as an Imidro infrastructure project for transporting and loading goods needed by Lamerd Special Zone, especially Southern Aluminum - is also among the projects inaugurated this year. He reminded: the first phase of the Salco project (Southern Aluminum), which was produced in the winter of last year and was ready to be inaugurated, was inaugurated in May of this year, so it was included in this year's inaugural projects.
Possibility of exploiting 8 new projects
Khorami Shad emphasized in another part of his speech: if the necessary conditions are provided, it is possible to exploit 8 other new projects in March.
He continued: "These projects are worth $ 570 million."
Regarding the employment of these projects, Imidro's deputy said: "By launching this number of projects, 411 direct jobs and 2990 indirect job opportunities will be created in the mining and mining industries of the country."
