The Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has announced that in order to purposefully direct resources and investments in the national interest and economic growth, the blocked mining areas throughout the country will be handed over through public auctions and within the framework of legal authority.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, replacing the mine and its revenues with oil and oil trades has been repeatedly stated in the orders of the Supreme Leader. In his speech, he emphasized that mines should be replaced by oil, and considered mines as one of the best alternatives to oil. In this regard, the Ministry of Silence has made one of the main policies to use the stalled capacities in various sectors of industry, mining and targeted management of resources and attracting capital in order to use these capacities; So that the use of mineral capacity due to its importance in important and strategic industries and also the richness of Iran from these resources is seriously on the agenda of this ministry.

Of course, considering that one of the major challenges in various economic fields is related to semi-finished projects that have been stopped for various technical and economic reasons, it seems necessary to use the capacity and facilities of semi-finished projects.

In this regard, and considering the mineral capacities, the Ministry of Silence, in order to make optimal use of the existing mining capacities, in addition to planning for the completion and development of the mining chain and mining industries, has seriously pursued the plan to transfer abandoned areas and zones; So that the initial steps have been done.

Alireza Razm Hosseini, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, while emphasizing the liberalization of mining zones, considered the transfer of these zones as a good opportunity for capable mining companies to use the new capacities, which will soon be provided to the people through auctions and legal authority of the ministry. Took.

In the first step, the auction of abandoned blocked areas to attract capital and also introduce potential investment opportunities in the field of mining to interested parties and investors was on the agenda, and according to Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi, Head of Mines and Mining Industries of the Ministry of Silence in a press conference on Held on Saturday, the auction will be held in the second half of April next year.

Saad Mohammadi announced in his press conference: in the first phase of this project, ownerless mining areas that have been left unused will be offered to the public, and this, in addition to activating these areas, will lead to targeted investment and ultimately the growth of mining industries. In this way, the mining sector will take an important step towards development.
