He added: "The Ministry of Silence imposes restrictions on other items of goods, which include Group 27 goods, at certain times, and the owners of the goods do not register orders, purchases and shipments to customs for these goods."

Arvanghi said about the classification of goods: Generally, imported goods are classified into groups one to 27. The goods of group one are basic goods with a preferred currency (4200 Tomans). Goods 2 to 21 are goods with half currency (9100 Tomans).

He said: Commodity Group 27, goods with foreign exchange priority are inactive according to the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and after issuing an order registration license for them, they must be purchased.

Arunaghi added: "Currently, about $ 30 to $ 40 million of goods group 4, which is about 3,000 items, and $ 40 to $ 50 million of goods group 27, such as rumble cloths, bananas, stationery and air conditioners, have been deposited in the country's customs. The goods have an order registration, ie before the Ministry of Silence announces a ban on the entry of these goods into the country, they are registered in the Ministry of Industry, the entry visa is issued, the buyer buys them and they are stored in the country's customs and ports. Prohibitions have not been able to obtain a tracking code from the bank. Customs cannot issue clearance and entry permits to them without providing a tracking code.

Abbas Ghobadi, Deputy Minister of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Industry, also said: in the 11 months of this year, over 20 million tons of goods worth approximately $ 32 billion have entered the country.

He stated that the priority of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade is the import of basic goods and raw materials for production, adding: in the meetings held, arrangements were made to consider arrangements for this group of goods to receive a permit to enter the country by the end of the year.

Referring to the special economic conditions and oppressive sanctions on the country, Ghobadi said: "In these circumstances, we faced currency restrictions and with the management of available foreign exchange resources, import permits should be issued for goods that do not have currency restrictions and no damage to them."
