The banking system is obliged to support the construction of housing
Member of the Parliamentary Budget Consolidation Commission: We suggested that at least 20% of the total payment facilities of banks be given to the housing sector.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Seyed Shamsuddin Hosseini, referring to Note 18 of the law on consolidating next year's budget and directing 360 thousand billion tomans of bank facilities to the field of housing construction, said: In this market, it leads to economic growth and prosperity, which is why we believe that the housing sector should be supported.
The head of the Special Commission for Production Leap of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in expressing the ways out of the current housing market, said: "One of the tools to support the housing sector is allocating appropriate financial facilities to builders and buyers of housing."
Referring to the direction of 360 thousand billion tomans from domestic banking resources in the form of facilities to the field of housing construction, he added: For this purpose, we proposed in the Islamic Consultative Assembly to give at least 20% of the total payment facilities of banks to the housing sector.

Hosseini, stating that the planned facilities should be paid in the field of housing construction, said: "The banking system is obliged to support the housing sector next year, because the response to the inability to buy housing should be pursued as soon as possible."
In the end, a member of the Budget Consolidation Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly pointed out that it is said that allocating 20% of the total facilities of the banking system to the housing sector will increase inflation. It is possible to both support the housing sector and prevent the increase of inflation in the country.
