MPs instructed the Ministry of Industry and Mines to revoke all licenses issued by the private sector in the mining sector that had not been discovered and extracted by March this year.

According to the International Iran Stone Exhibition, during the review of the expenditure part of next year's budget bill, the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, by voting in favor of Additional Clauses 3, 4, 5, and 18, allowed banks and non-bank credit institutions to use their resources, including Resources from the transfer of surplus assets in each of the major infrastructure projects and capital asset acquisition projects such as freeway and highway projects and main, industrial and production routes in the form of financing and acquisition and the establishment of companies and project funds and up to 40% of capital Participate in their base (including the share of investment in companies related to banking).

Banks and credit institutions are obliged to transfer them within 5 years after the operation of the mentioned industrial and production projects. Otherwise, after 5 years from the date of operation, they will be subject to fines under Article 17 of the Law on Removing Barriers to Competitive Production and Improving the Country's Financial System.

Deputies also voted in favor of state-owned companies and public non-governmental organizations by voting in favor of Additional Clause 4 of Note 18 to allow one percent of their special profits (excluding government and tax share profits) within the framework of legislation to eliminate deprivation with priority given to deprived provinces and regions. Deprived of the provinces in which their units are located to invest and spend.

 Today, the delegates also agreed with Additional Clause 5 of Note 18. According to this budget, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade is obliged to take action on the auctions of the identified mines within three months after the notification of this law, by the end of March of this year.

All licenses issued in previous years that have been given to the private-cooperative sector and public non-governmental organizations and other natural and legal persons, if they have not been explored and extracted by the end of March this year, as well as the share of mines in the possession of executive bodies. Affiliated companies, including Imidro, will be canceled and auctioned off to new applicants if they do not lead to exploration and extraction by the end of July this year at the latest.

If the transferred mines do not lead to exploration within ten months from the date of transfer within the next year, the issued license will be revoked and will be transferred to new applicants through auctions.

The State Planning and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance will be added to the composition of the members of the Supreme Council of Mines in determining and reviewing the government salaries rate of the mines.
