Shoja added: "Some mines are at the disposal of the organization itself, and by revoking the previously issued and inactive licenses, it is possible to transfer them to new people."
In another part of his speech, he pointed out: in the transfer of these mines, the owners of asphalt factories and concrete production are given priority, but provided that these workshops and production units use specialized personnel in the mining and geology sectors.
Shojae pointed to the issuance of a legal permit to register the area of carcass stone and sand mixture and continued: "In the next month, exploration restrictions in this field will be removed to allow investors to register the area and exploit it."
The exploitation license of 38 mines was revoked
He added: "The provincial council of mines has taken action to disqualify the exploiters of 38 mines in the province, and we are trying to transfer these mines to qualified people through auctions."
"26 of these mines have been handed over in recent months, most of which have been for qualified contractors," Shoja said.
He further stated: We had 119 inactive mines in the province, of which 20 of these inactive mines have returned to the cycle of activity since the beginning of this year, and the rest are in the priority of handing over.
