According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Khosrow Azizi, President of Lorestan University, said in this regard: "The policies of the Ministry of Science and in order to develop the research institute and higher education centers are based on a series of indicators that the stone research institute also had a preliminary approval."

Azizi reminded: based on the indicators and collaborations that the Geological Survey should have done, etc., and despite the fact that Lorestan has God-given resources and facilities in the field of stone, but this research institute still had problems due to lack of indicators and problems in this field Has not resulted.
The president of Lorestan University added: "The Ministry of Science says that the private sector should help and you should provide them with facilities. With our follow-up, the activists in this field mainly said that a type two research institute should be established and a budget line should be set up." And that is the main challenge.
He said: "Of course, according to the potentials that exist in the province, the bee research institute has been established in Lorestan University and we are still pursuing the establishment of other research institutes."
