Producers and guilds present at the meetings acknowledged that despite the government's announcement, facilities were not allocated to producers in practice, and high interest rates on loans as well as administrative bureaucracy prompted producers to reciprocate the benefits. Another important point is the expenses that employers and producers have to pay in the field of social security insurance and taxes; Manufacturers and guilds expect that in a year dubbed the Leap of Production, as well as problems such as the spread of the coronavirus, the government would forgive or defer many of the guild debts in the social security and insurance sectors, but not only such forgiveness. In the discussion of insurance and taxes, it did not include the guilds, but the tax office and the Social Security Organization dealt with them as in the past.
The third point is the lack of raw materials for producers and the strong presence of intermediaries and brokers in this sector. Many producers cannot buy raw materials from the original source and have to buy the raw materials they need from brokers and intermediaries, and currency price fluctuations have a direct impact on market volatility. Also, in the field of smuggling, the import of low-quality goods and their supply in the market had damaged the Iranian brand in many cases, and the demand of producers and guilds is to deal with the government and security forces due to the clear source of smuggling.
