During this period, due to rising unemployment in the country, guilds and businesses needed the support of the government and the Social Security Organization. But government support was not provided, either in the area of taxation or social security.
He added: "The Social Security Organization is an autonomous organization, the government owes a lot to this organization." If the government paid these debts, the Social Security Administration could have provided better services during this period. The government is expected to prioritize this sector.

Therefore, the organization tries to cover these costs by putting pressure on businesses.
Tulayi also stated: In most countries of the world, large contributions have been made to social insurance, but in Iran, we did not see it seriously. During this period, the government could at least settle its debt, which has been delayed for years, with the Social Security Administration.
He added: "The promises made in this case are very limited, controlled and fulfilled for a small number of guilds that were damaged by the corona. Guilds such as hotels, restaurants, etc. received support for several months, but it was not enough. It can be counted on, maybe it was a very small percentage of damage.
