Identification of 16 business clusters in Lorestan
The CEO of Lorestan Industrial Towns Company announced the identification of 16 business clusters in the province.
According to the International Exhibition of Iranian Stone, Bakhtiar Razani stated: "Reducing economic affairs has been an issue that has been considered in recent years."
"This trend has led to a significant increase in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises," he said. "Small enterprises have many advantages over large industries, including value-added, innovation, job opportunities and job creation."
The CEO of Lorestan Industrial Towns Company, pointing out that one of the policies of this town is to support small industries, added: The employment that governments are looking for can only be achieved with small industries, and we can achieve it.
He continued: "Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran with the aim of improving the competitiveness of small industries since 2008 has focused on implementing the cluster development model and has achieved valuable achievements."
Razani added: In this regard, Lorestan Industrial Towns Company with a project of updating, comprehensive study, identification and prioritization of business clusters; Has identified 16 clusters.
He specified: At present, the development process of Lorestan stone and kilim clusters has been completed and Lorestan hand-woven carpet clusters, honey and aquaculture are being developed.
The CEO of Lorestan Industrial Towns Company stated: "We hope that with the full cooperation and support of other organizations, organizations and role-playing institutions by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with the cluster development agency and defining and formulating action plans appropriate to these capacities."
