The government was required to lease land for 99 years to build housing
Members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly instructed the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to transfer the land required for housing construction on a 99-year lease.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly today, Sunday, during the review of the production and housing leap plan, obliged the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to transfer the lands required for 99-year lease housing to implement support programs.
Pursuant to the note of this article, the annual rent of 99-year leased lands of this article is set at a maximum equal to 20% of the price of residential land in proportion to the value of each applicant in the same year
According to Article 8, the High Council of Urban Planning and Architecture of Iran and the competent authorities were obliged to change the land use in the provinces, according to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, to review and determine the task out of turn for a maximum of two months. According to Article 6 of the plan, which was approved today, in order to finance housing support programs, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development can, through the National Housing Fund, subsidize interest on the issuance of housing financing bonds such as mortgages, debt purchase bonds and other financing bonds. The housing sector does not pay the subject of the securities law from the resources of the National Housing Fund.
