The Deputy Minister and Director General of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, referring to the acceleration of the process of fulfilling the foreign exchange obligations of exporters, announced the lifting of the suspension of more than 1,200 business cards.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hamid Zadboom stated the following: "Since the beginning of September this year and based on the actions of the Foreign Exchange Action Committee in the Trade Development Organization of Iran and the provincial industry, mining and trade organizations, the business card of 1234 issuers has been lifted and suspended." Zadboum approved Resolution 177 of the Government Economic Coordination Headquarters and also delegated the authority to pursue the fulfillment of foreign exchange obligations to the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and added: with the formation of the Foreign Exchange Action Committee and holding more than 20 meetings and about 60 resolutions, most Exporters' problems in meeting foreign exchange obligations have been resolved.
The head of the Foreign Exchange Action Committee said that the strategy of this committee is to try to solve the problems of exporters in fulfilling foreign exchange obligations and said: "Efforts have been made to invite competent and influential bodies to provide expert opinions and decisions of the Foreign Exchange Action Committee." In the end, the head of the Trade Development Organization of Iran said: "In the future meetings of the Foreign Exchange Action Committee, the unity of procedure in using incentives and sanctions to fulfill foreign exchange obligations will be discussed and decided."
