He added: "According to the new check law, in order to transfer the check to another person, the recipient of the check registers the identity of the new recipient or the same third party in the hunter system by referring to the hunter system and delivers the check to a third party."
The third party must also make the necessary inquiry about the check by referring to the fisherman's system, and he can confirm the check and finally cash or transfer it.
