New discoveries will increase mineral resources to 60 billion tons
Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade: In the field of mining, we have 63 minerals in the country, including 37 billion tons of identified resources.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Alireza Razm Hosseini, during his visit and opening of three exhibitions (paint and resin, auto parts and Iran Kun Min) in front of reporters, said: "Forecasts indicate that with new discoveries This amount will reach 60 billion tons.
He added: "Considering these conditions, our country, in addition to being an oil country, is also a mining country."
Emphasizing the importance of making new investments in the field of mines, the Minister of Industry said: "Mining can grow along with oil and create good currency and employment."
Razm Hosseini, referring to his visits to three exhibitions (paint and resin, auto parts and Iran Kun Min), said: "Most of the factories I have visited so far are operating in three shifts."
He also pointed to the increase in production in 29 industries, adding: "We have achieved great success in the field of exports, and the new export notices of the government's economic headquarters helped this space."
The Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, referring to the coordination and synergy between all agencies to support production, continued: "There is a hopeful atmosphere in spite of all sanctions, and the media will help to create hope in this atmosphere."
