The Deputy Chairman of the Article 90 Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly in the National Meeting of Demanders of the Mining and Mining Industries announced the special consideration of the work of the managers of this sector of the country's economy in his respective commission.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, in this meeting, Hassan Shojaei, after hearing the demands and reports of the claimants of the mining sector who were present from different provinces and cities of the country, stated: This meeting was to receive reports from the claimants and their complaints about the work of managers I know the mines of the country.

In this regard, Shojaei added: "According to this report, we will hold a meeting in the Article 90 Commission and we will invite all senior officials related to the issues raised today, including the Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, the head of the Environment Organization and the Minister of Jihad Agriculture."

He added that in addition to the commission's experts, a number of mining claimants could also be present at the meeting.

The deputy chairman of the Article 90 Parliamentary Commission, referring to the special follow-up of this issue in the commission, added: "Finally, we will prepare a report on the work of managers and agencies related to the mining field and read it in public without taking turns to inform the people."

He pointed out that if a violation is found in the field of mining, a case will be filed for that case and it will be sent to the judiciary for judicial investigation. Also, if we come to the conclusion that the rules of this section are flawed, we will prepare a plan to amend the mining rules to be reviewed in court.

Shojaei added that the mine does not sit in the soil of a region, but in the social context of that region and affects all aspects of a society: If today we see inefficiency, corruption and rent in a significant part of the executive and management apparatus, it means that regulatory agencies The country has a problem and has a hole.

According to him, this amount of corruption and rent in the Islamic Republic of Iran is not justifiable, so we in the Article 90 Commission have started something that, although time consuming, we will do, and that is that we want to pathologize the monitoring.

Shojaei reminded: "We should review the supervision of mining management because it has not been effective so far and the work has reached a point where some of the country's mining managers, in addition to corruption in industry and mining, are infected with political corruption and interfere in elections and dismissal and installation of managers."

The Deputy Chairman of the Article 90 Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stating that we do not want the mine as one of the engines of the country to be damaged, said: "The role of the mine is important in the economy and industry and naturally does not oppose forests, natural resources, agriculture and environment." Rather, the one who is waging war between them is the utilitarian spirit of some corrupters who must be dealt with along with not allowing the mine and the miner to be harmed.
