Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade and Managing Director of the Small Industries and Industrial Towns Organization of Iran: 1,170 industrial units that had suffered from stagnation or closure were returned to work.

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Ali Rasoulian, on the sidelines of visiting Shirvan industrial towns, said: "This year, the number of stagnant units in the country has decreased significantly compared to last year."

Referring to the establishment of industry clinics in all provinces of the country, he added: "In these clinics, experienced consultants have been employed to enter the stagnant and semi-stagnant units, to examine the obstacles and problems in the way of these units." And give a solution to solve it.

Rasoulian said: "Our main effort is focused on reviving stagnant and semi-stagnant units and identifying good investors, and we have started a new program from the time we hand over the land to the applicants in this sector, until the operation and after that with the units." Be productive so that they do their job well.

Deputy Minister Samat said: "Now we are looking for industrial development and this year with the help of the government and parliament we have a good plan to provide infrastructure for this sector and in the form of industry clinic, we will identify stagnant and semi-stagnant units of industrial towns and return them to the production cycle." .

Referring to the negative impact of the corona on the country's exports, he said: "The prevalence of the corona has reduced the demand for export goods and this has had a negative impact on exports, but in the second half of the year the situation has improved and the country's exports will grow favorably." 

Rasoulian called many factors influential in reducing the country's exports and added: "A large part of the reduction in exports is related to sanctions, which has created obstacles in our field of exports.

He, who had visited the Amirabad industrial area of ​​Shirvan, said about this area: "Good units have been established in this area, which we need land for its development, and if we can not solve the problem of increasing land prices in this area for investors, it will be inevitable." We will define another industrial area in the city to meet the industrial needs of the city.

Shirvan is the second most populous city in North Khorasan, located 60 km east of Bojnourd.
