4- Organizing and applying appropriate management for the development of exports of cut stone

5- Development of hardware and software infrastructures to facilitate exports

6- Improving the level of global trade knowledge of industry export officials

7- Identifying and developing export target markets

8- Achieving the requirements to enter the global market

9- Proper management of information and advertising in target markets

10- Acquiring a 5% share of global exports of cut stone by the end of the Sixth Development Plan

11- Improving the level of customer satisfaction

- Improving the quality of consumables in mines and processing units by preventing the import and production of high quality consumables in the country

- Supporting domestic producers of consumables

- Upgrading national standards to the level of standards of industrialized countries and requiring units to comply with it

- Reducing the cost price of products by developing and establishing a cost price system in units and encouraging units to reduce it

- Proper management of waste in the industry by examining recycling methods in mines and processing units and supporting units to use it

- Improving production lines in processing units by using new machines and mechanized systems and automation, especially the replacement of slab production equipment (multivire and saw) with a peak on export development through:

- Creating optimal production conditions with export standards in mines and processing units

- Holding export development training conferences for stone industry owners and managers

- Establishment of an international technical and scientific training and research center for scientific support as well as professional technical training at the university level

- Attracting foreign capital, especially in the mining sector and creating the necessary conditions for equipping mines with modern machinery and equipment and increasing the productivity of mines with emphasis on export-oriented industrial and mining development with emphasis on maximizing added value.

- Carrying out market studies in order to identify and develop target export markets and appropriate planning for information and advertising in export target markets

- Establishment of consortiums for production and export of stones of member companies in the field of production and export of stones that actually have an exclusive and export advantage and in a way that prevents unhealthy competition in the export market of raw and processed stones.

- Carrying out extensive advertising and effective marketing by participating in international exhibitions of target markets and creating permanent chain exhibitions in target markets.

Establish preferential tariffs with neighboring Central Asian countries and Russia and other target market countries and strengthen common rooms.

Due to the very high potential of the stone industry, the creation of this fund can be one of the ways to provide cheap and easy financial resources for the industry and minimize their needs from the government or the country's banking resources.

  Issuance of export standard certification:

In this section, the regulations for standards of export stone products will be prepared and then an organization will be created to control and issue certificates.
 
In this regard, the Ministry of Industry to implement some of the proposed strategies in the strategy development plan (in the form of new projects), including:

- Collecting statistics and information on mineral units and decorative stone processing (according to the approval of the Stone Industry Policy Council, the responsibility for the project has been assigned to the Iranian Stone Association, which is currently implementing the project with the coordination and cooperation of all relevant organizations. ).

- Development of educational needs assessment of the stone industry in the pyramid of manpower and the necessary plans for its implementation

- Compilation of instructions for reconstruction and modernization of processing units

- Development of industrial clusters in potential provinces

- Creating a suitable platform for the use of mines and stone processing units of banking facilities, including Rials and foreign exchange, in order to renovate and form production lines

- Development of stone waste processing units with the latest technology in the potential regions of the country

- Coordinating with the standard institute to develop the necessary standards for domestic products

- Creating suitable substrates for the comprehensive use of stone in urban open spaces (stone tables, paving, urban furniture, etc.).

- Determining the base price of foreign exchange regarding the import of cut stones (unworked) and reviewing the base export price (cut stone) with the aim of controlling and preventing the excessive import of low quality stones and supporting exports, as well as creating suitable conditions for domestic production to compete with imported goods. It should be noted that in view of the above and in order to make the necessary coordination and synergy of existing potentials, holding meetings of the Stone Industry Consultative Group is on the agenda of the Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries.
