All institutions are required to implement the Mining Law
Secretary General of the Iranian Stone Association: One of the debates in the Mining Law, which is also raised in the parliament, is that the law should be such that we create peace in the mines and mining industries.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Ahmad Sharifi said: the legal materials of the mines are not operated by the executive bodies. For example, according to a legal article, industrial organizations must deal with intruders, and this is a task that the law has specified for them, but unfortunately, there is no positive response from the provincial industry organizations in this regard.
He added: "All the institutions in the mining sector have been abandoned and the exploiters are seeking unlicensed exploitation licenses, while the provincial industry organizations are obliged to defend them."
Referring to Article 24 of the Law, the Secretary General of the Iranian Stone Association stated: According to Article 24 of the Law on Natural Resources, the Environmental Protection Organization and the Provincial Industry Organizations, the applicants are obliged to consider the application for exploration licenses. It is confusing among organizations, and sometimes these areas have to remain undecided for years, and in practice, peace is taken away from the mine and the mining sector investor. In fact, the law is not enforced by the trustees.
In the end, Sharifi said: "The law speaks clearly and explicitly about the implementation of the law on mines, and the Industry Organization, the Natural Resources Organization and the Environmental Protection Organization are obliged to comply with legal cases. If these institutions fulfill their duties before the law, 90% of issues The mining sector is resolved.
