The latest statistics published by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade show that in the first nine months of this year, about 25 percent of all registrants received production boom facilities and about 39 percent of registrants of production and employment program facilities (Note 18) succeeded. During this period, 11,186 cases were registered for the use of production boom facilities, of which 6530 cases were introduced to banks to receive more than 25 thousand and 888 billion Tomans of facilities, and finally 2772 items of facilities worth more than 7393 billion Tomans were paid. Has been; This means that about 25% of the total number of registrants managed to receive these facilities.
Also, in the first 9 months of this year, 2543 cases have been registered to use the facilities of the production and employment program, of which 1215 cases have been introduced to the bank to receive facilities of 9753 billion Tomans. Finally, 998 facilities worth 5766 billion Tomans have been paid; This means that about 39% of all registrants were able to receive these facilities.
Among these, the highest payment of production boom facilities was related to Alborz province with the amount of more than 1299 billion Tomans, Semnan with the amount of 1297 billion Tomans and Golestan with the amount of nearly 694 billion Tomans. Most production and employment facilities have been paid to Tehran, Yazd and Isfahan; So that the amount paid to these provinces has been 669 billion tomans, 479 billion tomans and 455 billion tomans, respectively.
Low-income provinces receiving the least production boom facilities
However, in the first nine months of this year, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmadu provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan did not receive any money, despite having one, 18 and two registrations in the production boom facilities section. Ilam province has the lowest production boom facilities, equivalent to 217 million tomans.
In terms of production and employment facilities, in the first 9 months of this year, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Khuzestan and Kurdistan provinces received the least production and employment facilities with 32, 39 and 46 billion tomans.
It should be noted that the facilities of Note 18 of the Budget Law are paid with 14% interest that applicants can use this capacity by registering in the optimization system to provide working capital, renovation and reconstruction or completion of production units above 60% physical progress.
