At the Startup Monday event today, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund 6 teams presented their innovative designs.

According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, in the 15th event of attracting startup Mondays in the field of mining, which was held online in the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, during which 6 teams of knowledge-based and startups presented their technological projects in this field. Description:

Production of grade tire sediment silica

Taher Rahimi Aghdam, CEO of one of the technology companies for the production of scale-based tire silica, considered the products of this company located in Amirkabir Technology Tower and said: Tire companies use sedimentary silica instead of soot to improve the quality of their products.

He considered the use of silica as a reason for better braking of the car and better maneuverability of the tire and said: "But this material is imported and is affected by sanctions, while the country faces exchange exchange problems for importing this material;" Hence we produced imported quality sediment silica.

Launching a mining information system

Mahmoud Ghadiri, CEO of the company designing the mining information system, stressed that much of the industry information needed by the country is purchased from abroad, said: "While obtaining statistical information based on the industry chain is one of the concerns of craftsmen, We implemented a system in this area.

He continued: "In this system, the data related to each project are entered based on indicators."

Ghadiri considered the revenue model of this system through the sale of special accounts for the access of real and legal users and reminded: At present, this system has been launched in the fields of oil, gas, iron and steel.

Implementation of software for integrating and modeling ground data for mineral exploration

Bahman Golchin, one of the researchers of the software implementation plan for the integration and modeling of land data for mineral exploration, said: "One of the concerns in the field of mining is exploration methods; Because the resources in this area are limited and the exploration steps are performed with high risk and cost and low accuracy.

"Mining drilling operations are also associated with human error and this increases the risk of exploration," he said. "To address this challenge, we tried to design software that would reduce the risk of mine exploration and drilling." .

According to this researcher, there are currently 68 types of minerals in the country, which only 6% of GDP is supplied from this place, so this area has a lot of room for development.

Golchin reminded: "Since we used artificial intelligence in the implementation of software for integrating and modeling earth data for mineral exploration, its application will reduce the risk of exploration in addition to reducing human error."

 Smart clothing for miners

Ehsan Aghajanian, one of the researchers of the smart clothing project for miners, emphasizing that mining activities are carried out in high-risk conditions, said: "In recent years, we have witnessed the death of miners due to non-compliance with standards in the field of mining;" Therefore, we designed and built a prototype of smart clothing for miners.

He pointed out the necessity of using this clothing in the field of mining, noting: "Considering that most of the country's mines have reduced their surface reserves and we have to go deep into the ground for extraction, the use of this clothing will be more effective in protecting miners."

Referring to the existence of 142,000 jobs in the country's mining sector, Aghajanian said: "Smart workwear designed a smart shirt equipped with several sensors to monitor 4 parameters" body temperature measurement "," blood pressure measurement "," heart rate measurement " And "measuring the rate of respiration."

"Our services to miners include the production of smart clothing equipped with digital sensors, training and data analysis to reduce human and financial losses," he said.

Production of two devices for in-depth exploration of the mine

Quds Elahi, one of the researchers of one of the knowledge-based companies in designing and manufacturing optical and medical analyzers and nanosensors used in mining fields, named it as one of the company's fields of work and said: We became water and gas.

"The spectrophotometer is used in the field of mine exploration and exploration," he said. "The United States is the only manufacturer of the spectrophotometer, and the device we designed is used to extract iron ore, decorative stones, gold, copper, lime, zinc and lead." has it.

Elahi mentioned the advantages of spectrophotometer without the need to prepare a sample before analysis, performing analyzes in a few seconds and can be used to analyze light elements such as Mg, Na, N, C, Li, Be and M.

Supply of positioning system with application in mines

Hamed Ghaffarzadeh, one of the researchers of the research team for positioning the positioning system with application in mines, referring to the wide applications of positioning systems in the mining field, said: In 2006, three accidents in US coal mines caused the use of these systems in 2011 in the field. Mining becomes mandatory.

He continued: "Factors such as" traditional safety and monitoring equipment "," difficult import of monitoring equipment "and" lower monitoring costs than other equipment "led us to design and manufacture monitoring equipment in the field of coal mines. Let's take action.

Ghaffarzadeh, referring to the market for this equipment in the country, explained: "Currently, there are 181 coal mines in the country, of which 63% of these mines are active, 35% are inactive and 2% are being established. This equipment can be used in this Mines become functional.
