Free trade under negotiation with Pakistan
Head of Iran's Trade Development Organization: In terms of the countries we export to, our priority is neighboring countries, as well as India and China, and our second priority is Asian, African and some Latin American countries.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hamidreza Zadboom stated at the National Export Day ceremony: "The ministry's policy is in two areas: abundance of goods and facilitating the fulfillment of exporters' foreign exchange obligations.
He added: "In terms of the countries we export to, our priority is neighboring countries, as well as India and China, and our second priority is Asian, African and some Latin American countries."
The head of the Trade Development Organization of Iran said about the priority of export goods: "In terms of goods, any product that has more added value is our priority to gradually reduce the sale of raw materials." Raw sales can not be eliminated all at once, but it can be reduced step by step.
He also clarified: teamwork has been created in the Ministry of Industry to facilitate the fulfillment of foreign exchange obligations. Our other policy is to conclude memoranda of understanding with domestic institutions, as well as to develop free trade agreements with which free trade is being negotiated with Pakistan. Another important issue is youth education and business for the international market.
