An open pit mining training webinar will be held
The Scientific Association of Mining Engineering of Amirkabir University of Technology is holding a web-based training project on open pit design with Surpak software.
According to the Iran International Stone Exhibition, Gemcom Surpac software is a powerful program for geological and mining engineers for open and underground mining. Applications of Gemcom Surpac include three-dimensional modeling of the ground surface and underground structures, modeling and analysis of large road tunnels that are wide and have special safety conditions, the impact of adjacent tunnels, geostatistical surveys, joint analysis and drawing Various diagrams, study of open pit mines, especially stepped, study of rock material, two-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling of pits and boreholes, numerical interpretation of structures, blocking and zoning, geotechnical design of structures, topographic display of land surface, design He mentioned underground gas and liquid tanks and a wide variety of modeling.
"Basic concepts of statistics and geostatistics", "Database preparation in software", "Design and display of boreholes in software", "Statistical studies and histogram mapping", "Three-dimensional modeling of topographic procedure", "Data compositing", " Selecting the optimal length of composite data "," Studying out-of-row values "," Determining the elliptical model of variable anisotropy "," Studying directional and non-directional variography "," Drawing geological sections "," Three-dimensional modeling of estimation space "," Determining parameters " "Estimation", "Determination of storage and grade-tonnage calculations" and "Open design" are among the topics of this project-oriented workshop.
This workshop will be taught by Ebrahim Ebrahimi Ayaloui, Master of Mining from Tarbiat Modares University, with a history of executive and design of mines, from February 29 to Thursday and Friday from 18:00 to 21:00.
