He continued: "In this regard, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, in order to make maximum use of the capacity of mines and the possibility of reactivating stagnant mining areas, provided the possibility of releasing unused capacities and entering new applicants in this field."

Kazemzadeh said: "For this purpose, in Qom province, cadastral monitoring of mining areas was carried out under the supervision of experts and 180 areas were identified, thus blocking about 1,400 square kilometers of the province's mining area, which was blocked for the mentioned reasons. Mine registration was not available to applicants, including the section on mine liberalization.

He stated: In this regard, on the 23rd of December at 10 o'clock in the morning, this release will be done for the mines of Qom province and the applicants can enter the mining cadastre and registration system to exploit their desired mineral area (if free). He pointed out that a specific time has been allocated for the presence of applicants in the cadastral system to observe justice and prevent possible misuse of information in the mining areas of the province, he continued: The necessary instructions in this regard are available for applicants in the cadastral system and they can use From the appropriate quality computer and Internet that has the capacity to quickly load information, electronically select the desired area.

The head of the Mines Department of the Qom Industry, Mining and Trade Organization said: "In this liberalization, there are various mining areas that previously could not be exploited by the applicants, but now with this liberalization, they can take action to activate it."

He stated: "One of the important documents that according to the Mining Exploitation Law, applicants must have with them when registering in the cadastral system, is the technical and financial qualification sheet. In this regard, it is necessary for applicants to refer to the application before the appointed time."
