Eslami explained: "Therefore, due to the empty capacity and also the cities in which registration was not done in previous periods, the system will be open and registration will be done." In the new registration, both those who filed the case and did not count the money to complete the project will be replaced, as well as new areas where vacancies have been opened for the project.
He added: "The plan of 400,000 urban housing units is an executive and operational project, and gradually, as the housing units are prepared, the applicants will receive the housing units and will be stationed there."
The Minister of Roads and Urban Development pointed out: 200,000 housing units for the deprived will be built with the help of the Relief Committee, the Welfare Organization, the Executive Headquarters of the Imam's Command, the Deprivation Camp of the Basij and the IRGC, and housing donors, all across the country. This program will be carried out with special care by the mentioned organizations.
He continued: "In the implementation of this plan, the Program and Budget Organization allocates government subsidies to them from Table 14 of the budget law every year so that they can benefit from suitable housing designed for them."
