Employment of 13,000 people in the form of 59 industrial-mining projects
In the first eight months of this year, the implementation of 59 projects with an investment of 1,442,451.9 billion rials resulted in the employment of 13,700 people.
According to the International Stone Exhibition of Iran, based on the statistical tables of the Ministry of Industry, in the period under review in the form of 19 headings under the auspices of this ministry, 59 projects were implemented, all of which have an investment characteristic of more than 60 billion Tomans.
More than 30% share of mining and mineral industries
A review of the relevant statistics shows that out of a total of 59 creative projects, 18 projects are related to the mining and mineral industries (more than 30% share), which has provided employment for 3,442 people out of a total of 13,700 people, who share It has more than 25%.
Assign 10 designs to base metals
Also, in the list of creative designs, the largest share is allocated to basic metals with 10 designs in the fields of steel, copper, aluminum, etc. These projects have been implemented in the provinces of Semnan, Isfahan, Markazi, south of Kerman, Qazvin, West and East Azerbaijan, Kerman and Fars (Lamerd Special Economic Zone).
Non-metallic mineral products with five designs
After basic metals in the mining and mineral industries, there are five designs related to other non-metallic mineral products that are located in Isfahan, Markazi, Hamedan, Yazd and Kerman provinces, including ceramic, crystal and tile designs.
Extraction of metal ores and coal
Based on the relevant tables, two projects in the field of extraction of metal ores "iron ore" in Kerman and Khorasan Razavi provinces and one project in the field of coal and lignite extraction are located in South Khorasan province.
According to IRNA, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade is planning a 20 to 25 percent growth plan for mineral exploration reserves this year as part of a production leap, and a 30 percent increase in this field, considering the extraction of 410 million tons last year. Predicts and pursues 25% growth in mining production.
