The transfer of land in Semnan industrial towns to investors increased by 54%
Managing Director of Semnan Industrial Towns Company: The number of land transfer contracts for industrial towns in the province in the last 9 months compared to the same period last year increased by 54%.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Hassan Albooyeh added: 167 contracts for the transfer of 62 hectares of land in the towns and industrial areas of Semnan province were concluded in the last 9 months.
The CEO of Semnan Province Industrial Towns Company continued: The area of assigned lands of the province's industrial towns increased by 122% during this period.
He added: 138 hectares of lands in towns and industrial areas of Semnan province were handed over to applicants for various industrial and production projects during this period.
He specified: this amount of industrial lands of Semnan province was handed over to investment applicants in the form of 258 clauses.
Albuyeh pointed out: 113 hectares of lands in towns and industrial areas of Semnan province were handed over to applicants in the form of 183 contracts by the end of the first half of this year.
The total land owned by the Industrial Towns Company of Semnan Province is 6,886 hectares.
Semnan province, with about 1,840 operating licenses for industrial and mining units, with an investment of about 76,000 billion rials and employment for more than 68,800 people, is one of the industrial and mining hubs in the east of the country.
