Housing in the Iranian economy has never had a calm market. Every government suspected this, but there was never any sign of order in this market. Housing is one of the components of a country's economic development, but unfortunately in Iran this sector has been hit by the mafia. After the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in the first decade of the revolution, with the formation of three-member and seven-member committees to hand over confiscated urban lands to the people, many who could not afford to own a house were able to build a roof and shed from these handovers.

Gradually, with the change of circumstances and the dissolution of the land transfer boards, the housing process in Iran was gradually shifted to another direction. With the beginning of the construction period and the unprecedented inflation of this sector, this inflation was not spared and went towards increasing the price. When the economy opened up, this sector was not spared, while housing is one of the most productive sectors in the economy. Gradually, the word land grabbing entered the dictionary of this part of the economy, which can be boldly considered as the source of development, and in general, the land and housing mafia came to the life of this sector. But the rise in land and housing prices in the ninth government happened all at once. This unprecedented increase never ceased from housing, but it was justifiable.

But in the new year, housing suddenly entered a phase of stagnation and inflation together, so that the government entered directly but still could not do anything. Unprecedented high prices for housing, both in terms of rent and sales, showed a wrong routine.

It is no secret that the housing mafia is the cause of the stagflation in this market, but it remains to be seen where this mafia is heading, which will be difficult to deal with. Housing is not good these days. The parliament has closed the sword for the real estate union and considers this class to be the cause of the unrest and high prices. On the other side of the story, the real estate union accuses the deputies of illiteracy and ignorance, and of course of making broken and incomplete laws. The head of the union of real estate consultants says that the union's hand is tied to the fight against corruption that the member of the Civil Commission speaks about, and the reason is the laws that the parliament itself has legislated.

The vacant house tax was a plan that was approved this summer and was handed over to the minister, but the parliament is well aware that the plan faces various difficulties in its implementation. A law that owners will definitely face to escape.

Meanwhile, Iqbal Shakeri, who is not happy with the union of real estate consultants, says firmly: "The activities of real estate consultants are corrupt because of the way they work."

Unfortunately, the existence of brokers has worsened the current situation and has had a significant impact on rising prices." On the other hand, some real estate consultants falsely increase the amount of contracts out of greed for financial gain, which is only to the detriment of the people. Basically, the right to hire real estate consultants in the current way is completely wrong and corrupt. Prices increase falsely when the income of real estate agencies is a factor of the contract amount, unless there is careful monitoring and proper pricing. Where in the world is the lawyer of the seller and the buyer one and the other side of the deal benefits. This in itself provides a platform for corruption and rising prices. Unfortunately, none of the officials is responsible for this situation. "The Civil Commission has come in to reform the laws on buying and selling real estate, and good work has been done and will definitely continue."

The serious dispute between the parliament and the real estate union began with a radio conversation. A member of the Civil Commission of the Majles in the "Morning and Conversation" program of Radio Goftgoo, while appreciating the services provided by real estate consultants, addressed Hesam Aghbaee, vice president of the real estate union, as the main culprit of high housing prices in the country and said: "Unfortunately, clear and correct supervision." There is no real estate performance and the services provided by a number of real estate agencies are very small compared to their demands and they do not respond to their actions.

He added: "With the talks we had with the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and also the Union of Real Estate Consultants, we emphasized that an organization should be done in this sector." Although the issue of rising rent and housing prices is related to various issues, but the excessive increase in property prices can be mentioned as one of the factors that increase housing prices, because with the increase in housing prices, the commission fee also increases.

In the same program, Hesam Aghbaee, in response to the words of this member of parliament, stated that the current problems of the parliament are the bottleneck: the gentlemen have neglected themselves and are clinging to real estate consultants and other private institutions. We welcome this if the MPs are trying to help and, of course, provide a solution to the problem. At the same time, I must say that the real estate union is not the cause of the high cost of housing.

Regarding the remarks of a member of the Civil Commission of the Majles, while inviting him to join the union and a joint meeting to solve the problems of this union, he said: "I thank the members of parliament for pursuing public rights and invite them to take the time to join the union." To be closely acquainted with our problems and then to judge.

Khosravi added: "Considering the incomplete tools provided by the parliament to the union, to what extent and to what extent it can stand against the violations and to what extent it is possible to warn. In these circumstances, it must be seen that the esteemed representatives seek reform or destruction." It is also untrue and unkind that they say that the union members get under the table. Beating a class is not the right thing to do. We do not hide the fact that something wrong happens in our class, but this issue should not be generalized to everyone. It is better for the esteemed members of parliament to help the union to solve the problems instead of destroying them. I hereby declare that we will stand against any violation to the extent permitted by law in the real estate union, but it is better that the esteemed representatives also look at the laws in order to be aware of the union's authority.
