Last year, 339 items worth $ 77.37 million in used machinery were subject to customs exemption.
$ 68.1 million in raw material customs exemption
The ministry added that 559 items of customs exemption worth $ 68.18 million in the first eight months of this year were reduced by 11.8 percent compared to the first eight months of 1998. In terms of value, it increased by 6.9%.
Last year, 634 items of customs exemption worth $ 63.79 million were purchased.
