The need to establish stone processing workshops on Mount Vetos

The governor of Qom stressed the need to provide the necessary infrastructure for the two regions of the province that are on the way to becoming a city.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, Bahram Sarmast said in a meeting of the Production Facilitation and Elimination of Barriers Headquarters: "All approvals should be informed to the stakeholders so that its audience can be informed about it." In connection with the development of the province, one of the structural and infrastructural measures is the creation of two independent and separate cities, and in accordance with these divisions, all infrastructures must be strengthened in all areas.
The Governor of Qom, emphasizing the need for environmental considerations in industrial activities in the province, stated: Regarding balanced development, after conducting studies, each of them could be pursued in the field of development, for example, in Khalajistan, in the field of tourism, we can have development. We must seriously realize the potential.
He pointed out: "Industrial areas are an important potential for the development of the province and balanced development that must be activated to witness the flourishing of industry in different parts of the province."
Morteza Heydari also stated that Kahak region has problems in supplying electricity: "Considering that if a new city is created, electricity should be a priority in future plans, annexation should be made, and then we should follow up the issues by removing the restrictions for the industry."
The governor of Qom, pointing out that the clothing town in Kahak must be prepared, added: "This is a production, commercial and exhibition space, in which case people will also welcome it."
He stated that it is not true to say that there is no land for the clothing town: there is land in the area in question that also has infrastructure, since the work in the clothing industry is light, it can be set up quickly.
Heidari pointed to Mount Vetus and the stone mine and said: "Decorative stone processing workshops should be established in this area and the people of the region should work in it."
