Given that Iraq borders Ilam province, it can be recognized as a useful target market and thus contribute to the province's economic growth and overall currency appreciation for the country. Iraq is currently rebuilding and rebuilding the ruins of the war. In the meantime, Ilam minerals can be used to grow the country's infrastructure, including buildings and structures.
The government can play an important role in this regard. This institution should consider supportive incentives for the growth of Ilam mines and the development of cooperation with Iraq. In fact, the government should consider special advantages for the mines and mining industries of the border provinces, including Ilam; For example, try to fuel heavy mining machinery in the area or provide optimal facilities for its production; Because heavy machinery requires a lot of fuel and often the cost of fuel is very high for the people of this area.
Regarding the conditions of the facilities provided by the government, it should be said that considering that Ilam is one of the border and less privileged provinces, it is expected that government facilities will be provided with low interest and long repayment period. Another issue is the provision of tax exemptions, which is often considered for this province, but measures are expected to be taken to implement the tax exemptions in order to reduce paperwork.
Another issue is the application of the same laws and regulations by the government. In fact, the government should have a clear and detailed instruction so that the miner knows what he is doing.
