Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries of Babian Ministry said that the need to change the procedure in the current situation and activate inactive mines, said: Determining stagnant units does not mean cutting bread and is necessary to create employment and economic prosperity, but I consider the adjustment of force bad and It should be avoided as much as possible.
Noting that we are considering the timing of the mine release online, he said: "It is likely that the mining area will be liberated on the second of December, before which we will have extensive notification and information so that the release can take place within a specific time frame."
Referring to the need to revise some mining laws, Ismaili said: "We accept that some laws in the field of mining need to be revised in order to remove the burden from the activists in this field. Consultations are underway in this regard."
Also, the Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries of the Ministry considered one of the honors of the Islamic Republic to have a steel chain in the country and added: "In the past, we were importers of steel to the country and exporters of crude iron ore. It has been 26 million tons and today we have reduced it to less than one million tons, and with the efforts of local experts, processing technology and turning it into concentrate is possible in the country.
Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Industries, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade added: "Considering that we are in the conditions of cruel sanctions of the enemies and also the outbreak of Corona virus in the world and the country, And we have a 10% growth in steel production compared to last year.
He added: "Iran and China are two countries whose steel production in the world has grown with the current situation, although in addition to the outbreak of the Corona virus, Iran has also imposed harsh sanctions, and it is a great thing that the chain in such circumstances According to the data, we are witnessing a 10% growth in the country's steel.
Ismaili said: "The policy of the government and the Ministry of Silence is definitely to support and strengthen the country's steel chain, in this regard, the most important and pivotal part of this chain is the issue of exports." We hope to reduce the country's crude sales to zero by increasing the capacity as well as the country's exports.
Reza Modarres, Hormozgan governor's deputy for coordination of civil affairs, also mentioned the need to review the mining laws in this meeting: in order to strengthen the activity in this field, some clauses and notes of the mining law should be reviewed.
Khalil Ghasemi, the head of Hormozgan Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, also said in this meeting, referring to the 15% growth of mining activation in the province: last year 20 mines and this year 23 stagnant mines have been activated in the province.
He added: "Investment in the field of mining activation has also increased by 300% compared to last year, which has led to a 37% growth in employment in this field this year."
