Referring to the importance of industrialization, the head of the National Engineering System Organization said: "Considering the current situation, at least 40% of buildings in Iran should have been built with industrialization, but at present this number is below 5%."

Regarding the employment of engineers, Khorram said: "There are 25 to 27 million housing units in our country, of which 10 million units are apartments, and according to the regulations, every 50 apartments needs a manager to discuss the operation of renovation, retrofitting and maintenance repairs."

He emphasized: ‌ Therefore, at least 200,000 engineers are needed in this field, and this 200,000 direct jobs will create 400,000 sub-jobs.

The head of the Civil Engineering Organization, stating that the executive staff will start working on the topic of 22 launches and next year, said: "This action will create a change in improving the quality of operation of buildings and employment of graduates."

Also in the continuation of this program, the Director General of the Building Regulations Office of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced the launch of the Executive Headquarters on Article 22 for the first time in the country and said: There is a Ministry of Roads and Urban Development pursuing it with the cooperation of stakeholders.

He stressed: "National building regulations are the rule of law, and from individuals as owners and users to many government agencies must comply with these laws, of course, we have 22 laws to implement the issue."

"Currently, if there is a crisis in the construction industry, insurance does not support it and will not help the owners due to the presence of unqualified people in the construction of insurance," Manifar said of the insurance industry's entry requirement.
