The central bank's delay in implementing the new check law is a violation

Emphasizing that the non-implementation of the new law is a violation, the member of the Program and Budget Commission of the parliament said: the delay of the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economy is not accepted and the parliament will fulfill its legal duty in this regard.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, December of this year is the deadline for fulfilling all the obligations of the Central Bank in connection with the implementation of the new law on issuing checks. However, studies by the Parliamentary Research Center show that the central bank has so far refused to implement important clauses in the law, which have been in force for months, and it is unclear how long this process will continue.
Behrouz Mohebbi Najmabadi, a member of the Program and Budget Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, said about the non-implementation of the new Czech law: "The new Czech law is one of the laws that play the role of infrastructure for economic and commercial activities." This law is also a step towards smartening and preventing violations.
He added: "Measures taken to implement the new check law have also had positive effects, but they have not been enough." So that this law has not been fully implemented and it seems that the full implementation of this law is not the main priority of the government.
A member of the parliament's program and budget commission said that the full implementation of the new Czech law would reduce violations of the Czech law to zero, so the government should pay attention to it. The parliament will also take action in this regard. Trustees such as the central bank must be held accountable.
In the end, Mohebbi stated: Failure to implement the new law is considered a violation because it has been approved by the parliament. The procrastination of the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economy is not accepted and the parliament will fulfill its legal duty in this regard.
