Importance of productivity in small mines

Deputy Minister of Mining of Zanjan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization: In order to develop productivity, we must be able to obtain the highest efficiency with the least facilities, capital, power and energy and cause the least damage to natural resources.
According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, productivity is emphasized because it makes it possible to do the work in the best time with the lowest cost and facilities in the best possible way. While our mines should be able to get the maximum benefit with the least facilities, unfortunately, at present, due to the lack of interest in modern technology and sufficient knowledge, the necessary productivity can not be obtained.
To develop productivity, we must be able to get the most out of it with the least facilities, capital, power and energy, and do the least damage to natural resources. In this process, we must drastically reduce waste production and increase mineral gains. One of the factors in productivity development is attracting capable manpower. Definitely manpower in terms of decision making is one of the most influential factors of productivity. Methods of extraction and use of mineral resources are done by human resources and the individual has an effective role in this process. In the field of hardware, it should be said that equipping the mine with mining machinery and modern technology depends on skilled manpower.
Given these cases, the role of manpower in small mines is very important. Given that most mines in our country are small-scale, focusing on manpower will be very effective in the efficiency and productivity of small-scale mines. On the other hand, because operating in these types of mines is much more difficult than large-scale mines, it requires adequate and skilled manpower. In large mines, some errors can be covered, but in small mines, with the slightest error, the efficiency decreases rapidly and everything is clear.
In the end, I expect effective measures to be taken in the country to increase productivity. In this process, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, Imidro and the Mining Engineering System Organization have focused on the issue of education. These organizations have emphasized the development of education in the form of a memorandum that has been concluded for more than 3 years. In fact, in order to improve the productivity of manpower in the field of mining, proper training should be provided. For this important, the free courses that the provincial mining engineering system organization holds at the engineering and labor level are very key.
