Banking is prohibited to stop production activities

According to the International Iranian Stone Exhibition, the seventy-eighth meeting of the Secretariat of the Headquarters for Facilitation and Elimination of Barriers to Production was held on the subject of how to support creditor production units from government agencies and public institutions.
Meysam Zali, referring to the wrong procedure that some government institutions and companies and public institutions have in paying the claims of producers, said: "Unfortunately, some devices that are parties to the accounts of producers, after fulfilling the obligations of producers, delay payments for months." On the other hand, the production unit that has not received its claims will be pressured by banks and money launderers to settle their debts.
He pointed out: In the difficult economic conditions in which the production unit has been able to maintain its production in any way, it is necessary to provide comprehensive support to the production units by approving supportive approvals such as the debt relief decree.
The Secretary of the Headquarters for Facilitation and Elimination of Barriers to Production added: In case of final approval of this decree, the bank or money machine is not allowed to take legal or executive action against creditor production units from government agencies or public institutions or impose restrictions on the unit.
