Regarding imports from neighboring countries, the Director General of Customs said: "Our country has imported from 10 neighboring countries during this period, the volume of our country's imports in terms of volume is eight million 592 thousand 550 tons and equal to eight billion 97 million and It was 786,365 dollars, which is 44% of the weight and 40% of the total value of the country's imports.

The Deputy Minister of Economy pointed out: Our country's imports are from its neighbors, UAE, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Turkmenistan and Turkey, of which our country imports the most from the United Arab Emirates and two 1,559,094 million, or 4,726,168,606, followed by Turkey with 2,234 million and Russia with 671 million.

Mirasharfi added: "Our country's exports to neighboring countries in terms of weight are nearly five times more than imports from these countries and the country's trade balance with positive neighbors is 3 billion and 422 million dollars, which is considered positive in line with the policy of paying attention to neighbors."

Regarding trade with countries that have a land border with our country, he said: 44% of the country's total exports in terms of weight, 47% in terms of value and 16% of the total weight of the country's imports and 12% of its value to Iraq, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan , Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Armenia, which have land borders with our country.
